ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
For Dromoni’s founder, Sulkhan Papashvili, the Black Sea is deeply tied to his background and upbringing.
Born and raised in Western Georgia, in the Samegrelo region, he grew up surrounded by the area’s culture, history, and maritime traditions. That connection later became one of the inspirations behind Dromoni.
Under Sulkhan Papashvili’s leadership, Dromoni is focused on contributing to the long-term development of Georgia’s maritime sector. Through the company’s work, he aspires to help bring greater international attention to Georgia’s growing potential in the industry.
